Services quality monitoring program

Kharkiv Airport started the services quality monitoring program “Secret passenger”. Anyone who is over 18 can become a respondent. The most active will receive special bonuses.

It is important for us to know the opinion of passengers about the various aspects of the airport service and the quality of the services provided. Feedback will help us to identify problems and improve the services so that the airport “Kharkiv” become even better.

It’s easy to join the program. Any passenger over 18 years old and a citizen of any country can become a survey respondent. In order to participate, you need to download the application form, fill it out and email it to the project coordinator customer@hrk.aero. After each time you use “Kharkiv” airport services (departure or arrival of any flight of any company) you will need to send the completed questionnaire to the coordinator. The questionnaire offers a 5-point assessment of the various aspects of the airport service. You should also include a copy of your boarding pass. It must be done not later than 14 days after your flight. Before the end of the program, respondents are not allowed to disclose their participation.

We will analyze the data of the questionnaires and, as a result, correct the shortcomings and strengthen their advantages.

Each quarter, the airport will sum up the subtotals of the “Secret Passenger” program and reward the most active respondents. The participants of the survey will be eligible to receive VIP services, vouchers for services in the business lounge, and souvenirs.
