On Saturday, May 25, regular flights Kharkiv-Barcelona began their operation from Kharkiv Airport by Ukrainian low-cost company SkyUp Airlines. Before boarding, passengers were solemnly met at the airport. The flight took off with a full load.

For the first time flights Kharkiv-Barcelona will be operated on a regular basis — twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. One way tickets cost from 2,909 UAH. They are available on skyup.aero, as well as at the airport ticket offices at 0 800 303 803.

SkyUp Airlines was founded in June 2017 and began operating flights from May 2018. Along with flights to Barcelona, in the coming months, the airline will launch regular flights in five directions from Kharkiv International Airport: from June 2 — to Odessa and Rimini (Italy), from June 4 — to Kutaisi (Georgia), from June 6 — to Larnaca (Cyprus), and from June 11 — to Paris (France).

Tickets for all destinations are already on sale.

In addition, in the summer, SkyUp Airlines will operate charter flights from Kharkiv to Sharm el-Sheikh (Egypt), Tivat (Montenegro), Monastir (Tunisia), and Antalya (Turkey).

In June, SkyUp Airlines is launching regular flights from Kharkiv to five new destinations.
