At the beginning of the year, the airport launched The Secret Passenger — a service quality monitoring program. It involves an independent evaluation of the various airport services from any passenger. Our guests, who have saved the boarding pass, can fill out the questionnaire and evaluate the convenience and quality of service on a five-point scale. The fuller the answers, the more they are appreciated.

In the first quarter, the most complete answer was sent by Vashchilko Karolina Olexandrivna. We thanked her for the participation and presented a certificate for two with the service of Meeting and Escorting with a Visit to the Business Lounge. We are sure that the next flight of Karolina will be as comfortable as possible.

The monitoring program continues. Passengers over 18 years of age, citizens of any country can become respondents to the survey. To participate, you need to download a questionnaire, fill out and send to customer@hrk.aero. After each use of Kharkiv International Airport services (departure or arrival by any flight of any company) you need to send the completed questionnaire to the coordinator. Each quarter the airport will summarize the interim results of the program and reward the most active participants with bonuses.
